Rock of Kavaja
Rising from the golden sands of Golem, Rock of Kavaja is a sculptural landmark inspired by the legendary coastal formation Shkëmbi i Kavajës. Designed for Albania’s first Pullman Hotel, this beachfront destination reimagines the resort as an inhabitable sculpture-bold, textural, and in harmony with nature.
Its terracotta façade mimics eroded stone carved by wind, water and salt, with bold, conical geometries that cascade like a living cliff – wrapping 184 rooms in shade, greenery, and sea views. 3D-printed ceramic balconies, glass-bottom pools, and cascading rooftops echo the coastline’s rhythms, while rooftop lounges, spas, and infinity pools offer immersive luxury.
Located just 35 km from Tirana and steps from Durrës promenade, Rock of Kavaja is more than a hotel-it’s a living expression of Albania’s evolving Adriatic identity.
