Clara With a Mustache

The film touches on the very real subject of war and its aftermath, but is constructed and unfolded with a childlike imagination. The film is dedicated to the 31 million children around the world who still suffer from war and violence today; because after all, the team behind this film were only children during the last war in Kosovo. Our message to these children is that their dreams and hopes for a better future should never fade. The director writer and producer of this film is Ilir Blakçori, while the head of the animation is Vala Blakçori. This short animated film, has left its mark on various European and American festivals since its premiere in 2021 at the famous film festival “Santa Barbara International Film Festival”. From there, it started travelling the world through well-known international film festivals.
